"Promotional Offer Agreement"

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Luna Yoga ("Company") and the individual ("User") who participates in the yoga socks redemption offer at Luna Yoga studios. By claiming the promotional yoga socks, the User agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The offer is valid only for individuals who participate in yoga classes at Luna Yoga studios.

The User must present the original flyer to claim the promotional item.

The offer is limited to one pair of yoga socks per person.

2. Redemption Process

The User must present a valid flyer at the reception of a Luna Yoga studio.

The flyer must not be altered, damaged, or copied.

The redemption is subject to stock availability.

3. Non-Transferability

The promotional item is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

The flyer must be used by the individual to whom it was originally issued.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Luna Yoga is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or discomfort that may occur as a result of using the yoga socks.

The User agrees to use the promotional item at their own risk.

5. Termination of Offer

Luna Yoga reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

If fraudulent activity is detected, the Company may refuse the redemption.

6. Privacy Policy

The User's personal data provided for this promotion will be handled in accordance with Luna Yoga's privacy policy.

No personal data will be shared with third parties without consent.

By redeeming the promotional yoga socks, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
