Usage: The mat’s super grip is activated during practice after just 2-3 minutes of warming up. If you start your practice without warming up, with dry palms, try moistening your palms with water or spritzing the mat’s surface with water from a spray bottle for better grip. As your body warms up during practice, the grip will become ideal.

Care: Lather and rinse under the shower using a mild detergent. You can use any liquid laundry detergent or shampoo. Dry the mat unfolded at room temperature.

For small stains, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth or a cloth moistened with a soapy solution, and allow it to dry completely. The mat is water and abrasion-resistant. :)
